1) Acknowledgment of Risks:

• I understand and acknowledge that participating in the tour operated by Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn, Bhd involve in certain risks,inclluding but not limited to those inherent in travel,outdoor activities, transportations, and Unforseen events, I understand that these risks may result in injury, iilness, death, property damage, or other loss, and i voluntarily assume all such risks

2) Release of Liability

• In consideration of being permitted to participate in the tour, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn. Bhd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, guides, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the tour, whether caused by negligence of the tour operator or otherwise.

3) Medical Authorization

• I authorize Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn. Bhd. and its representatives to seek medical treatment for me in case of an emergency, and I agree to be financially responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

4) Photography Release

• I grant permission to Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn. Bhd. to take photographs or videos of me during the tour and to use these materials for promotional purposes without compensation or notification.
